Standard Rates (One Way)

Hourly Rates

* 1 hour minimum charge for any use of a vehicle for less than 1 hour.

We are very flexible and can accommodate any of your transportation needs. Please call for a customized quotation.

Notes:

• Rates do not included the 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST)
• Driver gratuity not included, can be included upon request when making payment

Cancellation Policy

Transfers cancelled within:

• 12 hours may be charged the FULL AMOUNT
• 48 hours may be charged $100
• GREATER THAN 48 hours in advance there is NO CHARGE

Terms and Conditions

1. Rates do not include the 5% Goods and Services Tax.
2. Client agrees there will be no smoking in the vehicle
3. Client agrees there will be no illegal drugs consumed or transported in the vehicles
4. Client agrees, in the case of misconduct or unruly behavior the chauffeur reserves the right to terminate the agreement with no refund.
5. Client agrees to the cancellation policy above
6. Client agrees that stops along the way will be of reasonable length and the chauffeur reserves the right to limit the number of stops at his discretion
7. Client agrees to be responsible for any damages or extra clean up costs caused by his/her party during service, either wilfully or accidentally.
8. Alpine North Limousine (0796394 B.C. LTD.) is not responsible for any delays due to road or traffic conditions, flight changes or airport delays.

Pets

Pets are welcome provided they are in an approved animal crate. Upon request a large animal crate can be provided at no extra charge. Small animals may be permitted to travel with the owner in the front of the vehicle in a crate or provided they are restrained. Animal crates in the rear luggage area will reduce the luggage capacity for the other passengers. Please advise the booking agent that you will be bringing a pet and he/she will advise you on the luggage capacity to ensure that all your luggage will fit

For each airport transfer from Vancouver International Airport (YVR) each party will be treated with a complimentary, locally handcrafted souvenir.

Stops Along the Way

We apologize but we do not allow smoking in the vehicle, our drivers are happy to make stops along the way to have a smoke. During your trip to your destination please do not hesitate to ask to stop to use the washroom, have a cigarette, look at the scenery, take a picture, stop at an attraction, or grab a souvenir. Your chaffeur would be glad to stop and ensure that all your needs are met along the way.
